FROM SIMPLE PLANS TO CUSTOM DESIGN

1) CONSULTATION & SITE VISIT
We will initially meet and discuss project goals, expectations and timelines. A site visit is often recommended to consider project placement, topography, orientation, and connectivity to your natural surroundings. Once these steps have been made and the client-designer relationship has been established we will move forward into the design process.
2) DESIGN PROCESS
We will discuss and gather the desired design elements for your project along with inspirational visuals to facilitate an initial conceptual design. From here we work together to evolve the design while considering space utilization, interior design, building components, utility systems, materials and budget. 3D photorealistic rendering is used to maximize visual confirmation of the design and minimize any potential changes/costs during the construction process.
3) PLANS & DRAWINGS
Once the design has been solidified, a full set of plans/drawings will be prepared. These drawings can be used for submission of the building permit application with the governing municipality, used for cost estimation as well as provided to the building contractor(s).
