This is a 2000 square foot custom home in rural Nova Scotia.  Design and complete house build completed by Steve Biancolin along with the help of the homeowners.  It is currently in the interior finishing process.

This is currently a 528 sq ft seasonal cottage which will evolve into a 1,392 sq ft home.  It is situated on a hilltop with ocean views and a southern exposure.
